Do You Feel, Stuck? Join The Write Heart Memory Challenge April 16 Thru June 30

We feel stuck when we don’t have a vision in ourselves, or we don’t have the time to implement our passion. When we take a job because we know, we can do it, but it doesn’t feed our soul.

I  know these feelings because I am taking a job until the end of June so that my money flow gets flowing again. I know many people can say this is true about them. But the difference for me is that I won’t be defeated. And I won’t let you get beaten either. I took this job so I could connect with what most people are feeling in their everyday lives. And now I know God is giving me a way to communicate with you so we can build the energy and focus our visions together. Read More Read More

Finding Our Soul Purpose

As you are reading this story imagine a kind looking older man. You can tell he has lived a lot of life by the gruffness of his voice, the way he has to pick through his thoughts and memories as he expresses himself and then the deep belly laugh of acceptance peppered, in between paragraphs and feelings of his talk.

Bob is my dog walker, pet and house sitter when I am away. He stays in our home and I trust this man. You can tell a lot about a person by the way they treat animals and Bob is very kind to creatures. He never has a mean thing to say about my dog, Pearl, or my three cats. Stubby Wubby (our older black cat) sidles up to him often during this conversation because he knows Bob Read More

Accepting A Good-Bye Feeling

My middle daughter Ame calls me. She says "It is raining heavily in Seattle." She notices many homeless people out in the rain. I say, "yes"  because Seattle has many homeless people.

Grant has grilled hamburgers for us to eat. I can barely eat - one eye is tearing up, and my heart is tight with the emotion of pain I am feeling. I am leaving my husband for three months, and I have no idea where this departure is going to take him or me.

How to Get in Touch with You, Your Children & Your Parents as a Masterpiece?

Every one of us is unique. I know it doesn’t seem like it in this day of virtual competition on social media and fitting in with the analytics and algorithms of organic and machine search but what I am saying is first and foremost truthful.

Joseph Campbell in some of his discussions mentioned mythology as a great way to get in touch with who you are. He professed that every one of us start out as heroes because we made it through birth. If you aren’t familiar with Joseph Campbell, get yourself familiar with him because he was a great storyteller and understood the importance of using the various mythologies to get the story told. Our Stories Stop When We Are In An Accident & Die

Coming off of Easter Celebration and it is the next day. We had a lovely time with family and got home about 6:00 PM. I was useless except for feeding the animals and calling my Aunt in Chicago. I thought a nap might help. It made things worse. I put a load of laundry in and washed the dirty dishes left in the sink from making my Easter dishes. I set my alarm for 1:00 and got up at 1:30.

I go into a zen flurry of motion. I run six loads of laundry, organize my piles of writing to do this week I’m away. I clean up my office, my tax pile, pay my monthly bills, scan pictures from a family album, clean cat litter boxes, wash floors & write notes to Bob who is staying at the house and taking care of our critters.Read More Read More
